Ed Daugherty brings nearly three decades of staffing industry leadership to JaxsonRiley. Having built and successfully sold multiple staffing companies, including IT staffing firm IntellaPro, he combines an entrepreneur’s vision with a deep understanding of the people and partnerships behind lasting business success.

Throughout his career, Ed has helped thousands of professionals find opportunities across operations, administration, technology, and executive leadership. His experience building businesses and connecting talent with opportunity has made him a trusted advisor to organizations navigating complex hiring needs. Ed Daugherty brings that expertise together with a deeply personal purpose. Following the tragic loss of his three-and-a-half-year-old daughter, Riley, in 2023, Ed founded the company with a mission that extends beyond staffing: to support children’s safety and welfare through contributions to children’s charities with every placement.

Today, Ed leads JaxsonRiley with the experience of an industry veteran and the heart of a father committed to honoring his daughter’s memory.
