How Our Giving Model Works
When you partner with JaxsonRiley, you’re not just getting exceptional talent — you’re also contributing to important children’s causes. A percentage of revenue goes directly to children’s charities, allowing your business growth to create positive social impact without any additional cost to you.

Direct Your Contribution
As a JaxsonRiley client, you have the ability to select which children’s charity will receive the donation generated by your partnership with us. You can select from one of our vetted children’s charities that we regularly support. If you have a children’s charity that you prefer to donate to, please submit it and we’ll vet it for inclusion.
For non-profit organizations, you may choose to have donations directed back to your own charity if you
prefer not to donate to one of our featured partner charities.
Our Primary Charitable Partner
The Riley Jean Foundation
Our primary charitable partner is the Riley Jean Foundation, founded by Amy Daugherty, who serves as its CEO, in memory of her daughter, Riley. Amy and her husband, Ed Daugherty, founder of JaxsonRiley, tragically lost Riley in 2023 when she was just three and a half years old.
The Riley Jean Foundation works to:
- 01 – Pass “Riley Jean Law,” requiring Warning and Window Safety Protection Devices for residential buildings
- 02 – Raise awareness about window fall prevention
- 03 – Help prevent the approximately 5,000 children who fall from windows each year from sustaining injuries and
death

A Legacy of Love & Joy
Riley was an angel from heaven. Her smile could light up a room. She wasn’t only adorable and beautiful on the outside, but she was beautiful on the inside as well. Her heart was bigger than this world and she was able to show empathy and compassion at such a young age.
Riley loved life and everything in it. Her spunky spirit was contagious. She was very sociable, silly and smart. She loved people, all animals including her favorite, dinosaurs, and she even loved bugs.
Most of all, she loved her family more than anything. She had such an impact on so many people’s lives at only three and a half years, more than some people have their whole life. Because of this, we are continuing her legacy by protecting and supporting children and their families by giving back.
Every child deserves the chance to grow up safely, to discover their passions, to chase their dinosaurs. Through the work of the Riley Jean Foundation and with every placement JaxsonRiley makes, we honor Riley’s memory by giving back to organizations that save children’s lives.
