JaxsonRiley takes its name from Jaxson, Ed’s first dog and a companion whose impact stayed with him, and Riley, his beloved daughter.
Riley was outgoing, loving, and full of spirit. After her death in October 2023, her loss inspired a lasting commitment to raise awareness of window safety and help protect other children.
Through organ and cornea donation, Riley saved lives and gave others the gift of sight. Her legacy reminds us how profoundly one life can touch others.

JaxsonRiley takes its name from two profound influences in Ed’s life: Jaxson, his first dog and a companion whose impact stayed with him, and Riley Jean, his beloved daughter.
Riley was outgoing, loving, and full of spirit. She brought joy to those around her and shared a special bond with her sister, Charlee. In October 2023, Riley died at just three years old following a fall from a window. Her loss inspired a lasting commitment from Ed and his family to raise awareness of window safety and help protect other children.
